Overview
Salesmade Ltd is an established manufacturer of aluminium extruded parts. For decades, the business relied on word of mouth, and it took the team some time to convince the manager to invest in a basic website. However, when new managers took on the business, they were keen to build their online presence and improve lead generation. Having worked with us on the first version, they came back for an upgrade.
Challenge
The basic website featured impressive images, but minimal written content. As Google bases listings on matching search terms with page content, the website wasn’t easy to find online. When visitors did reach the site, there was no detail on the full range of services offered. The new managers wanted to invest in paid advertising. However, they understood that to make this worthwhile, the website needed to be effective at engaging and converting visitors.
Solution
The design of this website needed minimal alterations; however, we needed to add pages for each core service. This required the creation of comprehensive and optimised text, along with more images of the current team in action. We provided written content to outline their processes and answer frequently asked questions. The pages are now relevant landing pages for targeted advertising campaigns.Scaling the website provided an opportunity to also reference other aspects of the business. These include their commitment to environmental sustainability and community involvement. Along with more information on the team and current projects, these values make the company more approachable and help to secure business.In addition to the website and HubSpot onboarding, we took on the management of Google Ads for Salesmade.
