Any personal data collected and retained through question/contact forms are used solely for contacting you and answering your questions about one of the services that we offer.   We may keep your data for a period of time that is required to address your initial request or to deliver our service and convey business arrangements to you.

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to track visitor interactions with this website. We use those statistics internally to improve website user experience and website operation. You can block cookies to be saved on your device, or you can delete cookies once saved.

We keep contact form entries for six years, analytics records for 25 months, and customer purchase records for ten years.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. WHERE WE KEEP AND PROTECT YOUR DATA?

Your web and email hosting are based on U.K. servers. We use third-party cloud storage services Dropbox, Amazon AWS and Google. European data protection law requires data about European residents which is transferred outside the European Union to be safeguarded to the same standards as if the data was in Europe. We check and ensure that our service providers are compliant.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

When we use your personal data, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies across the European Union (including in the United Kingdom), and we are responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal data for the purposes of the GDPR. INFORMATION WE COLLECT, HOW WE USE IT, AND HOW LONG WE KEEP IT FOR

We will only collect information about you if we have a lawful reason to do so. Lawful reasons include performing our contract (where you are our client), where we have a ‘legitimate interest’ (for example, if you are referred to in a matter on which we are advising), and where you have given your permission for us to use your personal information in a particular way (for example, marketing or training updates). We do not collect special category personal data.

WHAT DATA BREACH PROCEDURES WE HAVE IN PLACE?

We have procedures in place to deal with a data breach or potential data breach of our hosting server. An automated system is monitoring our web and email hosting server and your websites and mailboxes within it. In case of misfunction, an automated message is sent to admin@frameworkdigital.co.uk In case of data loss, we have got 14 days of backup to restore. If service is discontinued for more than 30 minutes and the alert message has been received, we will inform you by sending an email with an estimated recovery time. In case of a major failure, when the estimated recovery time may exceed 4 hours, we will make a public statement about the outage on our website and social media channels.
