Tomas Pukalski
Director
Tomas started Framework 10 years ago, fascinated by technology and design.
Tomas likes kayaking around Oxford, cycling to work and, since his four daughters are independent, reading.
He wants to start a school that inspires creativity and citizenship. He met Sir Ken Robinson once and can’t stop talking about him.
Amy Norfolk
Digital Marketing Apprentice

Amy is taking the lead in social media and communications while working towards becoming certified in Google Ads.
In her free time, she is a committed footballer for Maidenhead United Women FC in the National League!
Michael Gulliver
Mike is the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. He coordinates projects from enquiry to launch and beyond.
Mike enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and 2 kids, playing video games with (and without) them and also “enjoys” watching Tottenham Hotspur.
Kayley Syrett
Web Designer & Developer
Armed with a First-Class Honours degree in Web Development, she brings a wealth of knowledge.
During her off-screen moments, Kayley finds joy in spending time with her family and looking after her daughter.
Currently, Kayley is training for The London Marathon 2024! (update) Kayley completed the marathon!
Shah Joynob
UX Research & Web Designer
Shah graduated in Psychology, specialising in user experience (UX) research and web design.
Shah’s background as a class teacher helps her leading productive and fun design workshops.
She loves traveling. On her travels she observes UX design adopted in different countries.

Julia Pukalska
UX/UI Designer
With two degrees, in Human-Computer Interaction and Master’s in Digital Design, she brings her expertise to our web design projects as a consultant. Her versatile skill set includes graphic design and photography.
Julia lives in Krakow and, in her spare time, enjoys yoga and relaxing walks with her dog, Kira, after work.

Clients can see Jo’s name in the signature of invoice emails and hear from her over the phone when she is clarifying payments.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys long walks and spending time with her family.
