Say Hello to Our New Apprentice and T-Level Student!

Our new Apprentice and Work Experience student from Aylesbury College have started their journey with us! Find out about how they are settling in and what they have learnt in their first few weeks here at Framework.

Meet Amy, Our Digital Marketing Apprentice

Amy Norfolk is our new Digital marketing apprentice. She has a strong interest in social media with a passion to learn about Google Advertising. Before joining us Amy completed her A-Levels and took part in several Digital marketing courses to provide her with a head start here at Framework.

‘It’s been great so far. I’ve got really involved in the first couple weeks. I’ve felt trusted and supported which is an important part of doing an apprenticeship. I can’t wait to see how much I’ll grow with Framework.’

During her first few weeks Amy is jumping into all things social media. She has been assisted by Rebecca our previous Social media and Communications Manager. Rebecca has been sharing her knowledge with the focus on content planning and creating a fresh master strategy to help elevate Framework’s social media channels, so keep an eye out!

Meet Rowan, a T-Level Work Experience Student From Aylesbury College

Rowan has commenced his work experience with us. He is a T-level student at Aylesbury College where he is studying Digital: Production, Design and Development. Rowan has a strong interest in programming and designing websites. His goal during the work experience is to create a website informing people of hiking routes. This idea stemmed from Rowan’s strong interest in hiking. His past endeavours include climbing Snowdonia and hiking around the Lake District.

‘I’m really looking forward to learning more about website design and to get real life experience with a company.’

In his first 2 sessions he has been introduced to the basics of WordPress with Tomas Pukalski, our director. Tomas explained the anatomy of a webpage, with a detailed explanation of how Rowan can incorporate blog posts into his own website. Mike Gulliver, our Project Manager, took Rowan through the CRM platform called HubSpot. Mike demonstrated how Framework use this software to manage projects and everyday tasks. This gave Rowan the perfect introduction to help him be successful over the coming weeks.

Our Director, Tomas Pukalski shared his thoughts on Amy and Rowan starting at Framework…

‘Observing Amy’s initiative and energy on her first day at Framework is remarkably hopeful for me. I want to keep the social media and communication position as an internal job. I want this voice to be ‘our voice’, authentic and with purpose. As for Rowan, it is his second day, and I can see his confidence growing already. Seeing Amy and Rowan’s enthusiasm to learn new things is simply up-lifting.’
