We are Rebranding

We outline our values and what we have found out about Framework Digital in our recent rebranding exercise using UX research.
Framework Digital are rebranding to reflect their values

At Framework Digital, we are committed to making a positive impact in society. That’s why we are rebranding the company to reflect our values of social responsibility, environmental sustainability, accessibility, partnership, and expertise in being current in the field of web design.

Social Responsibility

We believe that as a business, we have a responsibility to give back to the communities we serve and try to do this by using local companies whenever possible and supporting local charities. We are ambassadors for Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research and a community investor for Heart of Bucks. We also build websites for several charities in the local area.

At Framework we believe that everyone deserves a fair and equitable opportunity for employment, so we offer equal job opportunities to all eligible applicants. We have offered placements to students at local schools and colleges including students studying T Level placement at Aylesbury College.

Environmental Sustainability

We are also committed to environmental sustainability, reflected in our choice to use a 100% renewable-energy data centre. This data centre saves an incredible 45 million tonnes of CO2 annually, as well as being 400% more capable than the competition when you hit a traffic spike

We operate from a shared working environment with Bucks Hubs. Using this accessible working space saves the use of shared utilities and energy-efficient equipment within the workspace contributes to a lower carbon footprint compared to traditional offices. We also utilise hybrid and remote working practices reducing the need for long commutes and enabling staff members to have more flexibility. This also has the additional benefit of happy, relaxed staff who reap the rewards of a flexible workplace promoting positive mental well-being.

Accessibility

We believe that everyone should have access to the internet, regardless of their abilities. That’s why we adhere to all the latest accessibility standards in the design of our websites, including WCAG. We also have an accessible workplace here at Bucks Hubs!

Partnership

We are a trusted website provider in Bucks, used by local authority Buckinghamshire Council who are committed to using trusted local eco providers. Read more about their accessible web practices here

We have fantastic relationships with charities such as Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity, Clare Foundation and Workaid. We also have strong and evolving relationships with local businesses and other organisations.

Current in the field of web design

We are committed to being current in the field of web design and are rebranding to show how we are evolving – hiring experienced and talented web developers and UX designers. Our newest recruits – Shah and Kayley – will help us to extend and reflect our values further to Tomas’ and Julia’s expertise.

As well as hosting conferences and workshops, like “The Benefits of HubSpot for Small Business”, and on-site user training for recent web builds, we also attend industry events to stay up to date. This is a great way to network with other web designers and learn from their expertise.

We enjoy feedback from clients to improve our services. Let us know what you think of any recent communication or project, and we’d be happy to take that on board for the future.

We use UX to stay on top of user trends. What are people looking for in a website? What are their pain points? By understanding these requirements, we can create websites that are more user-friendly and effective.

We also use analytics to track results. Simple but very effective!

Our new website!

Our rebrand is a way of showing our customers that we are committed to these values and with that we are releasing our new website on the 21st September 2023! We can’t wait to showcase our new identity and user-friendly website

What we hope to achieve

We hope to achieve multiple objectives with our rebranding initiative:

  • Attract new customers who share our values
  • Raise awareness of our commitment to social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and accessibility

We believe that our rebrand is a step in the right direction, and we are excited to see what the future holds for Framework Digital.
