We are giving our clients a space to give more about them, their company and our relationship. Our first spotlight is Ian Defriez, talking to us about Salesmade Ltd – a client we’ve been working with for a number of years.
What is your role at your organisation and what do you enjoy most about it?
I’m Ian Defriez, Managing Director at Salesmade Ltd. I most enjoy working with my colleagues, as part of a small, close team striking to build a better future for the company, our staff and our customers.
Tell us about your organisation and what it strives for?
We are a small engineering company based in Aylesbury, specialising in The extrusion, fabrication, machining and powder coating of Extruded Aluminium products, serving a number of different industries. We strive to give our customers a high level of service, agreeable lead times and a fair price. We will work with customers from design stage to take their products from inception, through to completion, ensuring the products can be fabricated efficiently and to the required quality standards.
What challenge(s) did you want Framework Digital to help you with?
When we first approached Framework Digital, it was to design and manage a simple website, giving a brief understanding of our business. We had thrived on word of mouth and repeat business for almost 40 years, prior to entering the digital environment. In time our needs changed requiring a focus on sales and generating leads.
Can you tell us something that happened during a project you weren’t expecting?
Working closely and having regular meetings with Framework really opened our eyes up as to how in depth the web design and adjoining elements could be. The feedback and analysis helped us to make decisions based on the outcomes required.
If you were to recommend Framework Digital to someone, what would you say?
The working relationship with Framework was easy from the start, we found they always listened and guided us throughout the process, without pushing or pressure.
