In this month’s Client Spotlight we spoke with Danny Murphy from Project Vision. Learn about Project Vision’s work while seeing the success of our collaboration in building their website and Google Advertising.

Tell Us About Your Organisation and What It Strives For?

Project vision was created in 2008 to combine services such as IT security, IT Networks, Audio-Visual and Fibre Cabling, to provide an all-in-one service for our customers. Our service is seen as unique because we’re one of the only companies out there at the moment that understand all 4 of these elements within the IT bracket, as well as offering an extensive support to our clients. Having previously worked independently on all these areas we were able to combine our knowledge to create a connected service to better serve our clients.

We understand that our company was never going to be the biggest in the industry however we strive to serve our clients in the best way possible. We prioritise gaining the respect of our clients through pricing while also building great working relationships. This is why around 92% of our work has been repeat business as once people work with us, they tend to stay.

What Is Your Role at Your Organisation and What do You Enjoy Most About It?

My direct role is marketing and relationship manager. This means I deal with everything marketing wise, which involves bigger tasks such as running campaigns and projects such as website design and other tasks such as blog posts, social media and brochures. I enjoy the content creation elements in the various channels, especially the social media and blog content. The relationships side comes from my previous experience in being a sales and marketing administrator. I have always been good at building relationships with customers therefore it comes in handy when liaising with suppliers and our account managers. Connecting with customers is something I enjoy especially managing those relationships and solving problems they may have, which I find rewarding.

What Challenge Did You Face and Want Framework Digital to Help You With?

The website had previously been very hard for our customers to navigate and understand what’s going on. This was because we overcomplicated matters with the use of long and overly descriptive pillar pages, meaning it made the pages difficult for someone to find information they may need quickly. Since having the new website, we have had a lot of praise from clients. This praise has been centred around how much easier it is to navigate which shows we have fixed the main problem. The new website is also a lot easier for us to edit things internally. I personally do a lot of the work on WordPress for our website, so knowing I can easily login and change the content of any page is great to make processes more efficient. Overall being able to amend the site easily for any information that we want to put on there that is clear and concise for our clients, has helped massively.

Can You Tell us Something That Happened During The Project You Weren’t Expecting?

I would say the ease of transition from our old site to the new one. Our team have an old school outlook, so getting them to understand and test anything new in the digital space can be a challenge. With the support of people on our team and Framework, it was all done relatively quickly. Even when we faced a small obstacle, Tomas was always on the other side of the phone and has it sorted within half an hour. For a relatively small company having a process that was carried out this smoothly was great for us.

With the Google ads, we had previously been doing this for a number of years with no solid return and it took around 6 years to achieve an average amount of conversions coming in however when we came to Framework, we managed to achieve more success within a year of starting and we now have a steady stream of good enquiries coming in. Google ads is all about trusting the process and I am glad we did because Framework did what they needed to do and has given us smooth growth.

If You Were to Recommend Framework Digital to Someone, What Would You Say?

I’ve recommended Framework to people already and one thing I told them, that stood out to me was the personal customer service you get. Having Tomas on the other end of the phone whenever we need him has been great, and he will get any issues sorted as soon as possible. It’s great to work with someone you feel you can trust!

The other thing I would say is that you have got us results when previous companies haven’t. You’ve provided us with a good website, which receives praise from clients regularly and you’ve generated us a steady stream of enquiries. Since working together we’ve achieved well over £100,000 worth of enquiries, which have been repeat business as well. At the end of the day, you want good customer service and results, and we got that. It’s that simple really!
