Meet Louise, she joined the team this week as the new Marketing & Comms Assistant.
Louise studied BTEC Art & Design at college and continued studying at university, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Photography.
She has worked as an administrator for large organisations in the NHS and the police. From being in those working environments, she’s learnt many skills, including being highly organised and solving problems quickly, due to working in fast paced environments. Louise has assisted with marketing and events in previous roles.
What attracted you to the role?
Louise spotted the vacancy at Framework and was attracted to the small team and the opportunity to grow, within the company. She noticed the Framework team have lots of charity clients and offers apprenticeships to students, which further enticed Louise to apply. She found this important, as she’s a volunteer in her spare time for numerous charities. This is something she chose to do because of the positive impact it has on the other person, and herself. She’s missed using her creativity within a role, so this position is a great way of showcasing her skills.
She looks forward to bringing her creative flair to the social media posts and launching a new email newsletter.
What do you want to learn?
“This is a new and exciting role, I want to learn and improve my writing, whilst being part of a creative team. I will be writing social media posts, so I want to understand how to adapt my writing, depending on who the target audience is. I look forward to contributing my ideas in meetings”.
