As a small business, every new development is significant. Creating and filling a role is a cause for celebration. We are delighted to be in the position to grow our team and Emona is the perfect candidate.

Gaining Experience in Graphic and Web Design
Emona has been using her skills to contribute towards Framework Digital projects since December 2018. At the time, she was studying Art & Design at Aylesbury College and was keen to apply her skills. As a local web design company, we were happy to interview her for a work experience position.
In that first interview, we were instantly impressed by Emona’s positive attitude. She demonstrated a good visual eye and technical knowledge. She knew that Graphics and Web Design were the career path that she wanted to pursue and we saw her potential.
Emona has always been keen to learn and this has ensured that her skills and competency have developed. With her fresh perspective, she has contributed many ideas to our discussions about the best way to fulfil client briefs.
When Emona completed her college course, she continued to work with us on projects. She also made time to pursue her photography hobby and took on a part-time role at H&M.
This retail position increased her confidence in customer service and gave her experience in other aspects of a business. When she agreed to join our team full time, her colleagues at the shop were sad to see her leave. As we are located in Aylesbury Town Centre, it should be easy to keep in touch with them.
Our Expanding Web Design Team
The unpredictability of the last year has delayed our decision to offer Emona a full-time position with us. Fortunately, we now have a strong pipeline of prospects and projects. With our web design and digital marketing services in demand, it is great to have Emona on board.
