Overview
Foster Kemp is an established estate agency and property management company in Aylesbury. They primarily offer Business-to-Business (B2B) property management services to local authorities and private clients. They first approached us to request a website revamp. Since then, Managing Director, Richard Foster, has engaged us to work on three separate business websites. This shows our longstanding relationship with the client.
Challenge
The primary aim of the website was to attract commercial and property management contracts. However, they also needed it to better serve their flourishing individual rentals business. When we first spoke, the large volume of enquires resulted in time-consuming admin and they were interested in a solution that would streamline and automate these processes.We agreed that both the branding and the website navigation needed updating. It was important to clearly communicate what the company offered and direct users to the relevant information. One notable issue was the lack of filter options, making it hard for visitors to find the type of property they were interested in. What’s more, the existing forms and payment methods were difficult to use. Overall, there was plenty of room for improvement to attract and convert the target audience.
Solution
We started by creating a strong brand image using a rich, dark blue and gold-yellow accent colour. We also arranged a photography session to capture Richard Foster, as the face of the company and agreed on the correct tone of voice to attract the current target audience.With a focus on user experience, we categorised the properties and implemented an advanced filtering system, so visitors can tailor each search to their needs. In addition, we created a booking system and embedded in-page contact forms and integrated the company’s CRM system to streamline repetitive business procedures. A secure payment solution enabled purchasing of products and services. These features benefit customers and greatly reduce the burden of administration.We provide hosting and on-going maintenance for the site, which has contributed to our trusted, on-going relationship with Foster Kemp.
