part-time Sales Manager
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic part-time Sales Manager for a successful web design and digital marketing agency based in Aylesbury, to help them grow the business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have bucket loads of enthusiasm for sales with a dedication to providing the high quality of customer service the agency is well known for. The part-time role is 24 hours per week, but we are happy to be flexible to find the right person for this role.
You will have a minimum of 2 years previous sales experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in business to business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll responsible for all sales activities, from generating and managing sales leads, to issuing quotations and meeting with prospective and existing customers. There will also be ample opportunities to attend networking events to build up your network of local business contacts.
Our ideal candidate has the following skills and attributes:
– At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role (B2B experience a bonus)
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Ability to build rapport quickly with others
– Confident and warm telephone manner
– Willing to take the initiative
– Well organised and reliable
– Self-motivated and able to work on their own
– Positive and can-do attitude
– Experience with MS Office products
It would be desirable, but not essential, if you have experience with CRM systems or previous experience of sales in the business services sector (eg IT/finance/telecoms).
