Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Account / Project Manager to join our team in November. The ideal candidate will coordinate project delivery, process enquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Working hours around school time (approximately 9 am – 3 pm) Flexible working from home during half terms.
Duties:
- Working directly with clients by coordinating project delivery,
- Process enquiries,
- Organise and attend meetings with clients and internal,
- Communicate effectively with clients,
- Utilise CRM software to track accounts and sales progress (we provide training if required),
- Support sales growth through proactive engagement with clients.
Qualifications/Attitudes/Skills:
- Good communication skills (attending in-person and video meetings, emails, over the phone) to interact with clients,
- Approachable and well organised,
- Previous experience in sales or project management roles is desirable,
- Experience in working with customers is essential,
- Enthusiasm to learn.

Pay: From £19,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 27.5 per week
