What is your role at your organisation and what do you enjoy most about it?
I am the Managing Director of 3B Hire. I love the people we deal with and the challenge of helping them find a vehicle the most. Particularly when it’s peak season for us and availability is tough. Getting those good reviews makes it all worthwhile!
Tell us about your organisation and what it strives for?
We started life as a business determined to treat people how we like to be treated. You meet a lot of individuals in this industry, and whilst you can never satisfy everyone, giving good customer service is still central to our business philosophy.
What challenge/s did you want Framework Digital to help you with?
In our game, we are competing against some big name competitors. Having a website that shows us to be trustworthy and is designed to turn enquiries into bookings is vital.
Can you tell us something that happened during a project you weren’t expecting?
Having competitors copy us is a real backhanded compliment. When they mention you in their digital marketing it’s a big surprise though, not to mention a bit cheeky!
If you were to recommend Framework Digital to someone, what would you say?
We get contacted by many so called ‘web specialists’ every week. What you need, though, is somebody you can build a relationship with, who will take the time to understand your business and industry. Framework make that effort.
