Framework Digital kickstarts the New Year with a new home.

Visitors can now find us in Bucks Digital Hub located on the ground floor of Buckinghamshire New University.
The Hub is a business incubator located in the modern, white building next to the Grand Union Canal – the Buckinghamshire College Group. Managed by Oxford Innovation, this is the latest in 27 venues that meet the needs of emerging and developing enterprises.
As a digital business, we see the opportunity for collaboration with others in our industry. We value the potential of being part of a specialist hub, where networking, support and access to facilities will enable our continued growth.
We look forward to working with Jim Gabriel, Entrepreneur in Residence and Caroline Downer, Community Manager, to host local business events which share digital skills, knowledge and insight.
Investment in Digital Education
Another reason we were drawn to this premises was that it is also an educational establishment for Buckinghamshire New University. Framework Digital have actively supported the skills development of young people from the outset. We have supported Young Enterprise, provided work placements and collaborated with Aylesbury’s University Technical College (UTC) on projects.
We see the opportunity to work in partnership with Buckinghamshire New University to offer regular work placements. Our new location has the space to make this a viable option and we’re starting as we mean to go on. Two T-level students from Buckinghamshire College Group have started a placement with us this week.

We know that supporting young talent can be of mutual benefit. Emona, our talented website designer, joined our team on a work placement. She had learnt technical skills in college but needed to put them into practice. We offered her the opportunity to work with clients on real projects and she took to the challenge. Impressed by her positive attitude, willingness to learn and design skills, we were delighted to offer her a full-time position in 2020.
With her experience, Emona will be taking the lead as the mentor for our work placement students. In addition to expanding their digital know-how, we are keen for them to learn employability skills, including punctuality, communication, presentation and teamwork. These are relevant no matter what career they decide to pursue.

Please be aware there is no onsite parking; however, we are within walking distance from all Aylesbury town-centre car parks. The closest parking is located above Waitrose near Aylesbury Theater. Visitors will be asked to sign in at the front desk before being directed to the Hub.
