Overview
All Spring Media are an organisation that deliver skills bootcamps to help individuals break into the film and TV industry. They recognised their website is a crucial channel for them to promote the bootcamps and to expand their work as an organisation. To do this they required a brand refresh with a new website that incorporated a Talent Pool portal, which supports their ambition to grow.
Challenge
Initially, they approached us to get assistance with rebranding and to build a new website off the back of this. They felt that they wanted to change their brand image so that the perception of their brand is more professional. Their website was also difficult for them to manage, with the simplest tasks becoming tedious. Having a website that is easy to navigate and edit on the backend was an important feature for them. Their previous website didn’t include a talent pool, which was a feature they wanted included on the new site, making it a focal point of the project. This Talent Pool would allow their partners to view a portfolio of learners who have graduated from All Spring Media’s courses, with the aim of placing the learners into roles within the industry.
Solution
Through a collaborative design process, we provided a refresh of the branding to reflect them as an organisation today, with a more professional tone. Using the branding, we rebuilt their website with the extra functionality of a Talent Pool portal which allows their partners to login and access a portfolio of learners that can be categorised and filtered based on their skillset. As well as this, we provided them with a website that was easy to edit and manage followed by training to ensure all admins felt confident in making any adjustments to the website themselves.

Framework digital are really, really easy to work with. Every 1 to 2 weeks we had a meeting to check-in on how the development was going and this meant we could talk things through and feel in the loop with the whole project which I personally really enjoyed. The project flowed nicely, and everything was done in perfect time for our launch.
