Green Telecom in Chesham
CLIENT:
Green Telecom provides high-performance telecommunication solutions for UK businesses. They are committed to energy efficient technologies that help their customers reduce carbon emissions, without compromising on quality or paying a premium.
THE CHALLENGE:
The original Green Telecom website had been produced when the company was in its infancy. It no longer reflected the brand and in particular, lacked the professional image that the company were keen to portray.
WEBSITE REVIEW:
Our work with Green Telecom began with the production of a 10 page analytics based report. This detailed the company’s current position and offered comparisons using competitor analysis. The report helped to clarify the key priorities for the new website.
THE SOLUTION:
The main purpose of the new website was to generate quality enquiries and support the customer service.
- Requests for online quotes
- Call back requests
- Appointment bookings
- Online bill payments
- Reporting faults
- Shopping module
Green Telecom brief also outlined the need for a mobile responsive design with an integrated and easy to use CMS. We provided this, along with optimised content, Social Media integration and links to user guides, brochures and pdfs that customers would find useful.
In terms of functionality, the company requested capacity for customers to pay bills online using PayPal, a secure login option for customers to review their personal account online and a fault reporting form. They also wanted the facility to sell a range of products online. We delivered all of these requirements on the Green Telecom website.
THE RESULTS:
The new website has ensured that the company is suitably positioned in the market. The fresh, optimised content has been effective at lead generation and the company is pleased that all of their criteria were met.
