Tailored services for charities

We design and build custom WordPress websites for charities.

Our team also provides WordPress training for website admins and offers pay-as-you-go ongoing support.

Website modules

Ensuring your charity’s website goes beyond aesthetics, we provide additional web-based modules that extend website functionality.

We offer website-embedded, secure donation and donor management systems to ensure a seamless donation process.

From simple, cost-effective payment forms to sophisticated systems that manage fundraising campaigns and direct debit donations.

Checking upcoming events on a charity’s website can be helpful for supporters. Charities promoting these events can take and manage bookings and sell tickets.

Most charities use external platforms to distribute their newsletters. The work is often doubled, as creating a newsletter and online posting are separate tasks on different platforms.

Our newsletter module saves time and ongoing fees.

If your organisation’s revenue stream includes memberships, we have the perfect solution that automates the time-consuming tasks of renewals and member management.

Our cookies management and privacy level solution can be implemented with newly built websites.

Cookie and GDPR compliance are a must-have for websites in 2024. It is legally required to list a website’s cookies and allow visitors to accept, reject and manage the consent.

In addition to building websites that meet WCAG standards of accessibility, we can add a feature that allows visitors to change text size, background colour, and more.

We can also test the accessibility of websites, highlighting possible improvements and help with writing accessibility policy.

Gail Parkes – Senior Marketing Specialist

Framework Digital provides excellent support for small charities. Their staff have shown patience and a willingness to provide step-by-step instruction and encouragement at every stage.

Yesterday, a new member explained that he had joined based on the website content and the regular e-bulletins, which he thought were of a superior standard to neighbouring county trusts.

Gwen Miles – Website Administrator

It was a really difficult year for our charity, overwhelmed with work due to the Covid restrictions. Framework Digital was absolutely great throughout; they were very patient and helpful. We now have a great website, which we are thrilled with and which will be very easy to update going forward.

We prefer not to use ready-made templates. Instead, we use modern web development tools to build custom WordPress websites that are easy for web admins to edit.

We can offer a high-quality template for projects with limited budgets. However, in our eyes, user experience (UX), research, content planning, and custom design are the most reliable steps in creating a contemporary website.

Yes, we are here to help. For 10 years, clients have consistently provided fantastic feedback about our domain, hosting, and website support.

Enthusiastically, yes! It is our mission to create websites for charities that are accessible for as many people as possible.

We consider accessibility from the beginning of the process, right through to the end, with all of our staff vigilantly aware and trained in web accessibility.

We enthusiastically approach our social responsibility commitments. This brings joy and makes our team feel good about what we do.

You can find out more details on the Social Responsibility page.

We offer a collaborative approach to all our projects. We will work with you to create a proposal and realistic timeline, ensuring you are kept in the loop.

No two projects are the same, so the time required varies from 2 weeks to over 3 months.

Yes, if you have asked for editable content, we will hand over the website login details to you. Web admins and editors can easily edit existing pages and add new posts and pages, for example.

Our friendly team provides training workshops to make sure your users behind and in front of the scenes have easy access.

Our pricing is uncomplicated.

We estimate work based on the number of people and the time required. The complexity of tasks plays a major role. For example, adding a simple PayPal ‘donate now’ button takes a fraction of the time and little expertise compared with a donation management module that has multiple fundraising campaigns and monthly donations with automated Gift Aid processing.

Some clients declare their budget, and that works well for us. Client’s budgets start from £3.000 to £20.000; however, we delivered bigger and smaller projects too.

Our main office is based at Buckinghamshire New University in Aylesbury. We also have a desk and meeting room at Shoreditch Exchange in London.
